Advanced Grant Writing Workshop |
Whether you are a grantseeker developing a proposal for start-up funds or a grantee with a program already in operation, developing a logic model can strengthen your program. Logic models help us plan, implement, evaluate, and communicate more effectively. Many funders and organizations require logic models for clearer evidence that the resources they expend actually produce benefits for people. Logic models help identify the factors that will impact your program and enable you to anticipate the data and resources you will need to achieve success. This workshop is a do-it-yourself guide to the concepts and use of the logic model, and a primer on program evaluation.
